Yoga practice gave me a fresh feel everyday. Was able to work on asanas with ease within a few months.Thanks to my instructor Mrs. Shubha, who helped me to understand the differences of each asanas, it benefits and its role.I was not aware of using the bricks or chairs and other props for yoga, which i learnt to apply well now. I am practising for almost 5 years now and feel my body is flexible for my age.
